Dylan & Lilli {14 & 19}

Earlier this month Auntie Sarah came to town. I was graced with her beautiful face several times throughout the week she was here, and we enjoyed spending time with each other. It has been almost 8 months since Dylan had seen her last but he took to her immediately as if he remembered all the fun we have had in the early months. On her first visit, I was right out of recovery from my first hospital stay and she came to spend the day with me and help with Dylan. I couldn't play much, so she and Dylan ran and rolled and laughed together for hours!

The second time Auntie S came to play, she brought her sweet little niece, Lilli! Both little critters have changed SO much since they were here last. It is so fun making these baby play-dates our tradition - we get to see how much they grow each time. She is a few months older than Dylan, so it is really neat to see what I have in store.

Lilli immediately started running around the house checking out Dylan's toys. She was SO happy to be spending the day with her Aunt. Dylan is so sweet when it comes to sharing, and didn't mind a bit. He was shy at first, but soon realized how fun she was.

She hopped on his airplane and he ran behind it and pushed her across the living room! It was too cute.

Then they traded places and Lilli decided to give Dylan a push.

Lilli is so kind, she doesn't want anyone to be sad.
Sarah started to pretend cry and L ran over to wipe her tears!

She was also into giving hugs...Dylan wasn't so sure about that!

 

After a bit we decided to take the kiddos for a wagon ride. They were so excited to go!

After a fun ride we were super HOT. Sarah and I got D&L some bowls, spatulas, and lots of ice and let them go crazy in the kitchen. They had a blast transferring from their bowl to the others'.

Dylan and I just love our Sarah and Lilli visits, and can't wait for the holidays so we can do it again.
